5. Limitation of Liability

JPA Holidays is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road conditions, or events beyond our control. We strive for timely service but cannot guarantee exact arrival times.

6. Outstation & Tour Services

  • ✅ Outstation and tour packages are subject to availability and route conditions.
  • ✅ Customers are responsible for any permits, entry fees, or local taxes during tours.
  • ✅ JPA Holidays reserves the right to modify itineraries for safety or operational reasons.

7. Intellectual Property
